厦门宇电AI仪表在石油化验仪器上的应用

摘要：本文以江苏新海石化有限公司为例，介绍了宇电AI二次仪表与化验设备成套使用中成功应用案例，文章中介绍了宇电几种型号AI表在各个化验设备中担当的重要环节，通过实际运行，证明宇电公司的AI二次仪表与化验设备配套上具有控制、高稳定性和高可靠性的优点，现场运行良好。

0  引言 

在自动化发展今天，无论各行各业都对自动化要求很高，尤其在重要炼油化工行业化验设备，对化验数据要求很高，不能出现疏漏和虚假，否则会影响公司的声誉。化验数据要求严格，必须选用好的设备来工作，化验数据对温度控制要求精度很高，下面描述宇电仪表在沥青蜡含量试验仪、沥青薄膜烘箱两个设备上的应用情况。

1  沥青蜡含量试验仪、沥青薄膜烘箱设计要求

1.1  主要技术参数

沥青蜡含量试验仪是依据SH/T0425-92《石油沥青蜡含量测定方法》标准要求设计、制作的，适用于裂解蒸馏法测定道路石油沥青的蜡含量本仪器符合*JTL052-2000标准。沥青蜡含量试验仪技术参数：工作温度： -25℃~+40℃ ；水浴介质： 乙醇 水浴300*300*280mm；降温平均速度：0.8℃/min ；控温精度： ±0.5℃； 制冷功率： 220V～1.5匹 ；加热功率： 1KW；降霜功率：70W。
